Rosemary was born in Wellington NV in 1938 to a hard working "Basque" family that moved to Susanville, CA in 1942. Rosie graduated from Lassen High School/Lassen Junior College in class of 1958. She married at age 21 then moved from Susanville in her new life to go where the work was. Finally settling in Butte County and the building of Oroville Dam. There she raised her three children Carolyn, Michael and Marilyn. She worked for Butte County Schools for 15 years then retired in 1995 and moved home to Susanville, CA to be with her large "Basque" family. It wasn't long and Rosie went to work for Coast to Coast Hardware and through the transition to Billington Ace Hardware. She was the heating and plumbing lady for nearly 20 years. In retirement from Ace for many years she would get calls at home from customer's with plumbing dilemmas that needed fixed. Trips to town lasted hours, because it seemed she knew everyone in town. It's safe to say that God will have perfect working plumbing forevermore because he has "Rosie" a hard working "Basque" to be sure it does!

Rosemary is preceded in Eternal Rest by her Mother Rufina, Sister Angie, Brothers Julian, Johnny and Son Michael.
